1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Arrow Unblock (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the App. Arrow Unblock is a single-player puzzle game. We designed the App to keep gameplay data on your device and to use advertising services only as described below.
2. Information we collect
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or precise location.
Stored on your device
- Game progress and preferences (for example completed levels, best scores/moves, sound and haptics settings). This data stays on your device and is not uploaded by us to our own servers.
Processed by advertising partners
- The App shows ads through Google AdMob. Google and its partners may collect or receive device identifiers (such as advertising ID), IP address, device and app information, and similar technical data needed to deliver, measure, and (where allowed) personalize ads.
- Where required, we show a consent message (Google’s User Messaging Platform). Until consent allows otherwise, ads are treated as non-personalized.
3. How we use information
- To save your progress and settings on your device.
- To show banner and rewarded ads that help keep the App free.
- To respect advertising consent choices where applicable laws require them.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the App to run our own analytics, crash-reporting, or marketing email services.
4. Third-party services
Advertising is provided by Google AdMob. Google’s handling of data is governed by Google’s own policies, including:

5. Children’s privacy
The App is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
6. Data retention
Local game progress remains on your device until you clear the App’s data, uninstall the App, or otherwise delete it using your device settings. Advertising partners retain data according to their own retention policies.
7. Your choices
- You can reset or delete local App data from your device settings.
- You can limit ad personalization through your device advertising settings (for example, reset or opt out of the advertising ID on Android) and through any in-app consent / privacy options presented by the ads SDK.
- You can uninstall the App at any time to stop further local storage and ad requests from this App.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps appropriate for a mobile game that keeps progress on-device. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Ad network communications are handled by Google’s SDK and infrastructure.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
